Remote fiber laser troubleshooting: what you get, what it costs
One flat fee per case. No subscription, no account, no card on file.
What I take on
- Control-system faults — alarms, wiring, signal loss, interference
- Process faults — dross, pierce failure, edge quality, focus, gas and pressure
- Flat-bed and tube lasers, any brand, a new machine or a twelve-year-old one
What it costs
$19.9 per diagnosis, flat.
If I cannot solve it, you pay nothing.
A complete parameter rework is quoted separately as one flat job — the same rule applies to it.
What counts as solved
Either the steps I give you work on your machine, or I have pinpointed a root cause that needs on-site work — both count. And if your video already tells me the problem cannot be settled remotely, I say so before you pay anything.
How payment works
- Send me the problem — a short video of the cut, your parameters, a photo of the head.
- I reply in real time with what is wrong and what to change first.
- Need the full job? I quote it, then send a payment link by email or WhatsApp. PayPal, two taps on your phone.
The link comes once we agree there is a job to do — nothing is charged before that. PayPal settles from a phone in two taps; for larger jobs a bank transfer is fine too.
On a phone the button opens the WhatsApp app directly; on a desktop it opens WhatsApp Web.
Payment questions
Do I pay before or after you look at it?
After. Send the problem first and I tell you whether it is a remote case at all. You only pay once we agree there is a job to do.
Which payment methods do you take?
PayPal, or a bank transfer for larger jobs. The payment link arrives by email or WhatsApp — there is no account to create.
What if it still does not cut afterwards?
Tell me. We go through what changed, and if it turns out this was not a case I could settle remotely, you pay nothing.
